The pebble beach is only 200 steps away and with a 10-minute walk you can reach the historic center of the village with its historic port where you can find all the main services: bakery, supermarket, butcher and many bars and restaurants.

All guests of the residence can benefit from a common open-air kitchen, a built-in barbecue and a large relaxation area to socialize, rest or simply enjoy pleasant moments in the open air.
